Celebrating 15 Unforgetable Years of Nightjar

This year marks 15 years of Nightjar—15 years of late-night jazz, world-class cocktails, and unforgettable hospitality. To celebrate this milestone, we’re hitting the road with a globe-trotting series of events in partnership with our long-time friends at Woodford Reserve, who’ve been part of our story from the very beginning.
We’re joining forces with fellow legendary bars that have also stood the test of time. Expect a lineup of exciting collaborations, starting with a takeover from Candelaria —the first of many in our Woodford series.
But it’s not just about the parties. After 15 years in the game, we’ve got a few stories to tell—and plenty of lessons to share. From bar takeovers to panel talks, this series is a celebration of craft, community, and the people who make it all possible.

A reunion with an integral member of the Nightjar family. Marian Beke was there when it all started and has gone on to create his own wonderful bar, The Gibson. Nightjar will head there in October for a takeover as part of BCB, Berlin.

Nightjar founder and director Edmund Weil, with join Marian Beke as part of this panel discussion at Bar Convent Berlin. It promises to be an entertaining and informative seminar, drawing on 15 years worth of experience in hospitality.

We’re bringing together two giants of the bartending world: Marian Beke, who was instrumental in making Nightjar the success it is, and Benjamin Padrón, a leading figure from Mexico’s world-class bar scene. Each will bring their own unique approach, combining contrasting styles and flavours to create an evening of unforgettable drinks.
